Gao Guangwei General Manager，IP Master & MBA
Mr. Gao Guangwei is experienced in both theory and practice in the field of trademark and other IP fields. During the year of 1990 and 1997, he was responsible for examining applications, filing oppositions, dealing with infringements and managing well-renowned trademarks when worked in Trademark Office of the administrative authority for Industry and Commerce under the State Council.
From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Gao was appointed to study in Queen Mary College, University of London, UK. Thanks to the courses in Department of Intellectual Property Management, he became more professional in this field and acquired his Master Degree in 1996.
On the basis of theoretical and practical experience, more than thirty articles were written by Mr. Gao and published in many newspapers and magazines, such as The Economics Daily, China Legal Daily, China Trademark News and China Intellectual Property News. It is worthy mentioning that two books were also published, namely Law Basics (as one of coauthors) and Approach Trademarks, Approach Trademark Law (monograph).

With his high repute and rich experience in the field of IP and civil prosecutions, we are honored to have Mr. Wang as our law consultant.
